Description: Chris began life in a working-class environment in Newcastle-up- on-Tyne making it to the University of Cambridge where he completed a PhD in Chemistry, then spent thirteen years as a trader at Goldman Sachs and three years at a hedge fund. His personal life saw him become a single parent to four children after losing his wife to breast cancer which prompted a return to Newcastle to focus on his family.
