Description: KEL Healthcare Medical Services PC is a primary care, geriatric and chronic disease clinic at 1530 Bedford Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. We offer longer appointment times for complex visits, medication and polypharmacy reviews, fall-risk and mobility assessments, and coordinated specialist referrals. Caregivers and family are welcome in the exam room with the patient’s consent. Walk-ins are welcome. The clinic has a step-free entrance, wheelchair-accessible exam rooms and an accessible restroom. We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most major insurance plans. Open Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM. For emergencies, call 911.
